Responsibilities
- Develop an automated tool for generating general agreement drawings and integrate it into the company’s proprietary application.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers and Product Managers to resolve questions about product-drawing automation.
- Manage and coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with inside sales, order-entry teams, factories, suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Expedite factories and suppliers, track delivery commitments, submit required documents, and develop contingency plans for delays.
- Manage customer updates, shipment priorities, dispute cases, warranty claims, invoice documentation, and order-status issues.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Autodesk products or NX CAD.
- Experience with VB.Net, C, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of Inventor iLogic.
- Experience with PLM software, preferably Teamcenter.
- Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Preferred degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Aeronautical, or Production Engineering.
- Preferred understanding of engineering standards, model and assembly creation, OOP concepts, Power Platforms, and software best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, follow-up, collaboration, learning ability, and responsiveness in changing situations.
