Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI agents and conversational AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build scalable Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx solutions, including reusable components, custom connectors, and automation workflows.
- Design and support RPA and orchestration solutions across multiple systems, applications, and AI services.
- Integrate Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure services, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems through APIs and custom connectors.
- Implement generative AI capabilities including prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, response validation, content safety, governance, and hallucination mitigation.
- Develop API-based integrations using REST, JSON, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
- Monitor AI solution performance, quality, usage, security, and operational costs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions and provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
- Drive adoption of emerging Microsoft AI capabilities, agentic AI patterns, and intelligent automation technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx.
- Experience building enterprise copilots, conversational AI solutions, and agent-based applications.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and enterprise system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and supportable enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or similar RPA and orchestration platforms.
- Preferred experience integrating AI agents with enterprise automation platforms.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or RPA-related certifications are preferred.
- Preferred experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Purview, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, and agile delivery methodologies.
