Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IPA engineering, architecture, Center of Excellence, business, and stakeholder teams to establish achievable delivery goals.
- Design and lead implementation of scalable and secure robotic process automation solutions.
- Implement and support Pega projects using coding standards that produce reusable, sustainable, and manageable applications.
- Develop Pega workflows and low-code applications and integrate them with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP services.
- Apply Pega standards, processes, and best practices to deliver business solutions.
- Assess industry and technology trends and recommend innovative automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and contribute to solution design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience in technology.
- At least 6 years of experience implementing enterprise information technology projects.
- At least 5 years of Pega experience, including hands-on Pega low-code application development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is required.
- Experience with Pega workflow features, SOA, REST and SOAP integrations, Pega Cosmos, correspondence, and reporting features in PRPC.
- Pega Infinity certification and experience with Pega Infinity are preferred.
- Exposure to Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
- Java programming experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and analytical skills.
