Responsibilities
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights modules, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain low-code applications, automated workflows, dashboards, reports, portals, and Power Platform solutions.
- Configure customer segments, audiences, engagement journeys, campaigns, communication tracking, and marketing automation processes.
- Develop and support integrations with student systems, Microsoft Entra ID, email services, and reporting platforms.
- Configure API connections and data synchronization processes and assist with interface testing and troubleshooting.
- Execute data migration, import, export, validation, reconciliation, and data integrity activities.
- Perform unit testing, support system integration testing and UAT, fix defects, and participate in deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities.
- Prepare technical, configuration, deployment, user, and administrator documentation and support knowledge transfer and implementation-period technical support.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum four years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Minimum two years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 projects.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Experience with application testing and deployment.
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects is advantageous.
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, CRM and customer engagement solutions, marketing automation, alumni or membership systems, and comparable Power Platform projects is preferred.
