Base Salary
$102k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Manage development and deployment of projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Ensure work products meet business requirements and goals.
- Design and document out-of-the-box and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with blended business and IT development teams, including offshore teams.
- Apply environment and DevOps strategies and establish governance processes for the Salesforce org.
- Debug and performance-tune Salesforce solutions using logs and monitoring tools.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Aura.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning with Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
- Experience working with Agile methodology; SAFe experience is preferred.
- Experience collaborating in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, or Next Best Action is preferred.
- Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, or AutoRABIT is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
