Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, and generative AI technologies.
- Build conversational experiences that answer questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
- Create AI-driven business processes and workflow automations using Power Automate.
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor agent performance and usage metrics, troubleshoot production issues, and improve response quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into AI use cases.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, natural language processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture.
- Development experience with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience integrating applications with APIs, JSON, enterprise systems, and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Services.
- Understanding of AI agent design, orchestration, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Preferred experience with Claude or similar generative AI platforms and Power Automate.
- Preferred knowledge of React, Angular, Java, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Preferred experience supporting AI solutions in production and using performance insights to improve response quality.
