Responsibilities

Create better viewing experiences by building new features and improving the UI/UX of the Coupang Play service.
Design, develop and optimize features that elevate the streaming playback experience.
Architect and evolve the core playback service to support scalability, modularity, and cross-platform consistency.
Continuously improve playback quality, performance, and user experience through technical deep dives, data analysis, and A/B testing.
Collaborate with teams across Streaming Pipeline, Product, and Design teams to deliver best streaming quality and user experience.

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional software development experience with strong Swift skills.
Experience with A/B testing and metrics analysis.
Ability to design scalable architecture, write clean, testable, efficient code, and measure performance.
Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
