Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deploy custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performing software systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Manage team activities and provide solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing and deploying applications with modern frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software systems.
- Understanding of database design and interaction with relational and non-relational databases.
