Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Define scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecommunications clients.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
- Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.
- Lead solution workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Mentor technical teams and oversee delivery quality.
- Support strategic roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- More than 15 years of IT experience and at least 5 years of solution architecture and implementation experience focused on Salesforce and related technology platforms.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Industries Architect Accreditation is preferred.
- Extensive Salesforce Communication Cloud or Revenue Cloud experience and strong knowledge of Enterprise Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management.
- Experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce Industries solutions, Salesforce integrations, API-led architectures, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components knowledge and understanding of quote-to-cash and telecommunications business processes.
- Excellent customer-facing, written, verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
