Responsibilities
- Implement requirements in program code using existing and new frameworks.
- Derive technical implementation proposals from customer-specific software architectures.
- Structure implementation projects into work packages for development teams.
- Coordinate implementations with customer architects.
- Document implementations through code comments, proposals, and specifications in German and English.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Java developer, including in agile project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JUnit, Git, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or Oracle Database, and web technologies.
- Implementation experience with JEE, Hibernate, JSF, PrimeFaces, React, Angular, or JavaFX architectures and frameworks.
- Initial or several years of professional experience in software architecture.
- A completed degree in computer science or business informatics, several years of experience after completing an IHK Fachinformatiker apprenticeship, or comparable qualifications.
- Very good German and English skills, strong analytical and conceptual abilities, organization, structured independent work, and communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake internal and external training and occasional domestic and international travel.
- Preferred qualifications include cryptography, authentication and authorization, MFA, eID, Keycloak, EIDAS, LDAP, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, API testing, data migration, Selenium, Jira Xray, Infrastructure as Code, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, public-sector experience, and relevant Java, architecture, cloud, or project certifications.
