Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects with external game providers and online casino operators from scoping through go-live.
- Own customer relationships and act as the primary technical contact during integration projects.
- Lead technical workshops for integrating with the Light & Wonder Digital OGS platform.
- Review business and technical requirements, manage scope, and resolve blockers with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze, test, debug, and troubleshoot integrated systems, including complex or escalated issues.
- Provide second-level technical support and help resolve integration incidents.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements, documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems integration or technical implementation, ideally in a B2B or platform environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions with customers and partners.
- Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and web-based system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- Good working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with integration testing, debugging tools, and web inspection tools such as browser developer tools and Postman.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent integration workstreams.
- Experience in online gaming, gaming platform APIs, EU gaming regulatory requirements, distributed systems, SaaS platform integrations, version control systems, CI/CD practices, or technical project management is preferred.
