Base Salary
$82k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain enterprise software applications.
- Develop scalable software solutions for complex initiatives spanning multiple technology domains and systems.
- Lead story refinement, estimation, and backlog grooming activities.
- Drive feature-level architecture and design discussions and contribute to product-level architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business teams to deliver software solutions.
- Recommend improvements to engineering standards, development practices, and operational processes.
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve solution delivery.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
- Support continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience with SQL development, database design, query optimization, and DDL/DML operations is required.
- Experience with Java or C#/.NET development using technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Java, Spring MVC, and JPA or similar is required.
- Experience developing frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular, is required.
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and integrated application architectures is required.
- Experience with cloud technologies is required, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery, TDD, CI/CD, and Copilot or AI-assisted development is preferred.
- EDI/document integration experience, with Boomi or Axway preferred, is beneficial.
- Experience in enterprise-scale distributed software development environments is preferred.
