Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client configuration requirements with the Solutions Engineering team.
- Draft implementation project plans, including timelines, implementation details, and risk analysis.
- Oversee GlobalLink product implementations and coordinate with client internal teams.
- Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
- Assist support teams with client configuration issues and contribute product feedback to Product Management.
- Prepare training and procedure materials, contribute to internal projects, and mentor new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Project management and client solution implementation experience.
- Investigation, troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Good knowledge of language technology, including CAT tools, translation environments, translation portals, localization tools, machine translation, post-editing, terminology, and translation memory tools.
- Willingness to travel to client workshops or meetings and experience working with multicultural or remote teams are desirable.
- Exposure to web content management systems, eCommerce platforms, other content management systems, and corrective and preventive action processes is desirable; foreign language ability is a plus.
