Base Salary
$115k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software-based test systems for mission-critical hardware.
- Integrate software with electrical hardware and National Instruments hardware.
- Automate functional and performance testing of physical hardware through software.
- Develop and maintain digital signal processing software and test applications.
- Lead the software development process and provide technical leadership.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus at least five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus at least three years of relevant experience.
- Experience working hands-on and programmatically with electrical hardware.
- Experience with National Instruments hardware.
- Proficiency with C/C++, object-oriented development, or Windows/Visual Studio/.NET.
- Background implementing digital signal processing software.
- Experience automating physical hardware testing through software.
- Ability to apply technical standards and methodologies and support technical leadership.
- U.S. citizenship is required; a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
