Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of application development, with a focus on backend coding and debugging.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance teams, designers, front-end developers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues, scalability concerns, and security risks.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and applications.
- Develop automation tests and collaborate with automation engineers to support business requirements and regression testing.
- Provide personalized software support to users and document application support and operational procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve backend infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of software development experience focused on scalable and reliable systems.
- Extensive knowledge of .NET, C#, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
- Experience using Git or similar version control software.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
- Experience with REST web service protocols and extensible API design for integration.
- Experience debugging complex applications.
- Experience with Agile development project management methodologies.
- Experience with SQL Server or NoSQL database development.
- Some familiarity with Docker.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
- Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Quartz experience is a plus.
