Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, integrate, deploy, and sustain software for aeronautical systems.
- Perform software design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, enhancement, and maintenance.
- Conduct software requirements analysis and develop software products in a maintenance environment.
- Perform automated testing, peer reviews, and unit testing.
- Identify software and hardware dependencies and capacities.
- Create and maintain system engineering and software documentation.
Requirements
- Requires a BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience; a master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with software development or software integration projects in service-oriented, cloud, web-services, or virtualization environments.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and workflows and knowledge of software architecture, development, and sustainment practices.
- Familiarity with Vue, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git or GitLab, AWS, Jira, Confluence, Rocket.Chat, and system engineering documentation.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI after hire.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency with AWS/cloud technologies and experience with cloud-based architecture.
