Responsibilities
- Write and review modern C++ code for new embedded system features.
- Test developed features with unit tests and on hardware.
- Maintain and use Zephyr RTOS features for lower-layer system development.
- Investigate bugs by analyzing logs and traces, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
- Participate in agile meetings and program increment discussions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team distributed across Europe.
Requirements
- A university degree in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of embedded experience if the degree is not directly focused on embedded systems.
- Solid C++ foundation and understanding of broader software engineering practices.
- Practical experience developing software for embedded systems.
- Experience with microcontrollers and peripherals, particularly STM32.
- Experience with RTOS; Zephyr knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to build systems that meet security, safety, and quality requirements.
- Fluency in English and enjoyment of working in a distributed team.
