Responsibilities
- Develop scalable full-stack CRM solutions with Golang and React.
- Create AI agents, copilots, MCP Servers, Tools, and Skills that connect models with internal systems, data, and capabilities.
- Use AI tools for analysis, prototyping, implementation, and testing.
- Contribute throughout the product lifecycle from problem definition and solution design through launch and production follow-up.
- Work on architecture, API contracts, scalability, internal service integrations, databases, messaging, and AI platforms.
- Evaluate agent and solution quality using tests, observability, and technical and business metrics.
- Participate in code reviews, engineering standards, continuous improvement, and risk identification.
Requirements
- Experience developing full-stack web applications with strong Golang knowledge, including APIs, concurrency, testing, and engineering practices.
- Experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript, including componentization, state management, and API consumption.
- Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, distributed architectures, microservices, asynchronous systems, and messaging.
- Experience or practical interest in AI solutions involving agents, language models, and tool integrations, including MCP, Tools, Skills, function calling, prompts, and context management.
- Knowledge of cloud applications such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and NoSQL, search, or caching technologies such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, and Kibana, along with automated testing, code versioning, continuous integration, and secure delivery practices.
