Responsibilities
- Develop and modernize features for the Digital Engagement Platform and its DEP 2.0 architecture.
- Participate in DevOps discussions and implementations using Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Define and refine application architecture, technical designs, and the product roadmap with engineers and architects.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to teammates.
- Maintain high-quality software, troubleshoot issues, participate in support activities, and communicate with clients.
- Collaborate across backend, frontend, and data engineering specialties.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Degree in computer science is expected, although the way skills were gained is considered less important.
- Deep expertise in backend development with C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with DevOps and Azure DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with application architecture and design across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Familiarity with frontend development and an ability to collaborate effectively with architects and software engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
