Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Validate bug fixes and verify releases before deployment.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience writing test cases and test scenarios and preparing test data.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, English communication, and collaboration skills.
- Automated testing experience is a plus.
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
