Responsibilities
- Participate in the full systems lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise financial applications and integrations.
- Own day-to-day operational support and project delivery, serving as a technical lead when required.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions aligned with IT standards.
- Support compliance and regulatory initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with global development teams in the US, Europe, and APAC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum six years of application or software development experience.
- Strong technical background with hands-on programming experience.
- Solid understanding of relational database systems and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Oracle PL/SQL development, integration platforms, or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site at least four days per week.
