Responsibilities
- Design and implement DevOps and automation solutions for infrastructure and delivery challenges.
- Develop scripts, services, and configurations supporting Infrastructure as Code approaches.
- Build, maintain, and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and associated tooling.
- Own automation initiatives from design through delivery and handover.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure, automation pipelines, and integrated systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft and Linux technologies in secure, highly available environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of configuration management and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
- Experience using Ansible and Terraform.
- Scripting capability with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience building and maintaining pipeline tooling such as GitLab or equivalent.
- Understanding of network security principles and system integration challenges.
- Existing Enhanced Developed Vetting security clearance is required.
- Desirable experience includes Kubernetes or similar container platforms, enterprise virtualisation, on-premises, hybrid or multi-cloud environments, solution design, and technical documentation.
