Responsibilities
- Review and improve software quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing of software products.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Analyze software requirements and identify test coverage needs.
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and software releases.
- Track, document, and report defects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure product quality.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation and quality reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing or software quality assurance.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and QA methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good command of English.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is advantageous.
