Base Salary
$180k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reliable, efficient, and user-friendly infrastructure for running evaluations at scale.
- Collaborate with modeling and evaluation teams to develop evaluations, maintain evaluation signal quality, and build internal tooling for training next-generation models.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across inference, capacity fleet management, asynchronous evaluation orchestration, and other layers of the evaluation infrastructure stack.
Requirements
- Experience building, debugging, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
- Willingness to solve complex problems across all levels of the technology stack.
- Preferred: experience with LLM inference.
- Preferred: experience with GPU compute management, workload scheduling, and dynamic resource optimization.
- Preferred: experience developing interfaces for comparing models and evaluations.
