Responsibilities
- Design and configure identity profiles, lifecycle states, source aggregations, and end-to-end identity flows.
- Develop JSON transforms and event-driven workflows for identity processing, provisioning, notifications, and business logic.
- Build and support integrations using SCIM, REST APIs, SailPoint CLI/SDK, SOAP APIs, and web service connectors.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual appliances for secure on-premises connectivity.
- Onboard SaaS applications and enterprise systems including Azure AD, Salesforce, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPM/ERP, and CyberArk.
- Design and execute access certifications, segregation-of-duties policies, and RBAC/ABAC models.
- Automate IAM tasks including provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, and reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders; conduct code reviews and provide technical escalation support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and similar IAM platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JSON, and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
- Experience consuming and integrating with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication and authorization protocols.
- Experience onboarding and integrating Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPM/ERP, Salesforce, and CyberArk.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving synchronization issues, connector failures, attribute mapping, and workflow errors.
- SailPoint certification in ISC or IdentityIQ is desirable.
- Experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ to ISC is a plus.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
