Base Salary
$165k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models using transformer architectures.
- Write robust, production-quality code with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Design and build APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver NLP solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency in production.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve NLP models deployed in production environments.
- Stay current with advances in NLP and machine learning and apply best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience developing NLP models with an understanding of language modeling and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with strong coding practices.
- Experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow to build and optimize NLP models.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar web frameworks for serving models.
- Understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Crew AI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a PhD or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; AI industry experience; scientific publications; distributed training; low-rank adaptation; cloud platforms; Docker; Kubernetes; and familiarity with deep learning, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
