Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python/Java back-end services and Angular/React front-end components.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices across front-end, back-end, and data platforms.
- Integrate and query Snowflake data while optimizing pipelines and storage for performance and reliability.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging across the software development lifecycle.
- Write maintainable, documented code; support code reviews, knowledge sharing, technical documentation, deployment scripts, and user guides.
- Apply security best practices, including data protection and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile development practices.
- Use and champion AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows to improve delivery speed and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience developing scalable web applications using Python/Java and Angular/React.
- Hands-on expertise building APIs and microservices.
- Experience integrating and querying Snowflake or similar data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in Agile software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the technology stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Windsurf, and agentic coding workflows.
