Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, secure, scalable, and responsive web applications, dashboards, and operational portals using JavaScript.
- Build and enhance Glyph UI components for workflow visibility, monitoring, alert dashboards, and user-triggered automation.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and the Atlas automation engine through APIs.
- Convert manual, Excel-based, macro, Power Query, and EUC processes into centralized web applications.
- Integrate and display data from monitoring, ticketing, finance, workflow, and operational systems including ION, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, backend and automation engineers, and QA teams through delivery, SIT, and UAT cycles.
- Perform code reviews, secure coding, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, patching, incident support, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Prepare technical designs, UI specifications, user guides, deployment documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve UI/UX, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and automation using AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of front-end or full-stack development experience with a strong UI focus in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks, with experience building dashboards, operational portals, and workflow-based user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js for application serving and API integration.
- Experience building interfaces for monitoring systems, ticketing and workflow tools, and operational or reporting platforms.
- Proven experience modernizing Excel, macros, and EUC tools into web-based applications.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with backend APIs and handling structured, semi-structured, time-series, and operational data.
- Familiarity with data visualization, dashboarding tools, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Minimum two years of experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience in support, enhancement, and project delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
