Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI software solutions, algorithms, frameworks, and architectures.
- Implement and fine-tune deep learning models to improve accuracy and performance.
- Explore model compression techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on scalable AI solutions for system-level deployment.
- Conduct applied research supporting AI methodologies and hardware-software integration.
- Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 0–1 years of hands-on domain experience, including experience from internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training; or a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for AI software development and debugging.
- Understanding of deep learning fundamentals, including large language models.
- Familiarity with quantization and pruning model compression techniques.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with AI model fine-tuning, inference optimization, or agent development is preferred.
