Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation using infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
- Develop predictive automation using monitoring and observability tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure as code and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, Crossplane, Chef, Puppet, and SaltStack.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement automated monitoring, logging, alerting, cloud observability, and incident-management capabilities.
- Improve system reliability, security, scalability, uptime, and performance through automation and operational best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions, and collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and IT teams.
- Resolve production issues and contribute to compliance and security initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and improve development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with cloud automation and DevOps engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Knowledge of Linux, Bash scripting, networking, security, compliance, and cloud-native troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, collaboration skills, and willingness to continuously learn new tools and cloud services.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
