Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI workflows and system performance.
- Design and implement production-ready AI applications and scalable cloud or on-premises pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to develop and integrate chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI systems.
- Experience building scalable and reliable production-ready AI pipelines.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
