Responsibilities
- Develop, verify, and maintain analysis and transformation passes for the high-level synthesis compiler.
- Optimize generated hardware architectures for power efficiency, performance, and area utilization.
- Analyze real-world customer applications to identify performance and area improvements.
- Implement new high-level synthesis features as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers on FPGA design, SoC workflows, and verification challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
- Strong compiler knowledge and at least 2 years of hands-on LLVM/MLIR experience.
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong background in digital design principles.
- Preferred experience includes FPGA, high-level synthesis tools, full SoC design flows, system-level verification, RISC-V processor subsystems, FPGA accelerators, reusable IP, Git, Python, Bash, TCL, Linux, and Windows.
- Travel requirement is 0%–25%.
