Responsibilities
- Build scalable, reusable frontend components and dynamic generative user interfaces using TypeScript and React/Next.js or Angular.
- Design and implement scalable Python backend services, enterprise APIs, microservices, MCP servers, and integrations for multi-agent and Generative AI applications.
- Design, implement, and manage secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Handle streaming AI responses and translate non-deterministic AI outputs into safe, functional user interfaces.
- Use AI coding assistants and autonomous agents such as Claude Code and Ona in the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and apply automated testing practices to human-written and AI-generated code.
- Diagnose complex system-level issues across the full stack and step into a Tech Lead role when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of strong software engineering experience spanning backend development, cloud infrastructure, frontend architecture, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and a major frontend framework such as React/Next.js or Angular 16+.
- Production-grade proficiency in Python and strong enterprise API design and microservices architecture skills.
- Deep expertise in AWS, including services such as IAM, Lambda, S3, and ECS, plus Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience building backends for AI- or LLM-powered applications, managing streaming responses, and integrating enterprise systems through APIs.
- Experience using AI coding agents in an agentic software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Snowflake, OpenSearch, MCP, graph databases, or Generative UI libraries is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, PhD, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of enterprise security risks, IAM, safe data handling, responsible AI deployment, and regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills at C1+ level and the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and explain complex technical topics.
