Responsibilities
- Develop and write comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases.
- Leverage Jira and Zephyr for bug triage and team alignment.
- Physically fly and drive drones to verify expected behaviors.
- Execute flight/ground test execution in Brussels, including setup and evidence capture.
- Drive the Release Calendar and Go/No-Go decisions from a quality perspective.
- Perform exploratory and chaos testing on the drone ecosystem.
- Track and identify drone product metrics for consistency over releases.
- Collaborate with engineers and support the team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
- Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with software tools for firmware loading and log file management.
- Strong English speaking fluency; French or Dutch is a plus.
- Basic coding knowledge in Python.
- Comfortable with Embedded Linux and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with Git or similar source code control systems.
- Experience with CI/CD systems.
- Demonstrable experience with UAV ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience flying drones or holding a Pilot’s License is a plus.
- Awareness of common UAV or Robotics frameworks is a plus.
