Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide solutions to work-related application problems and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Test and validate application quality, performance, scalability, and integrations.
- Document application design and configuration processes.
- Participate actively in team discussions and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and problem-solving assistance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools.
- Experience optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
