Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and deploy AI models and systems for integration with software, testing, and infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Manage AI systems in production, configure system settings, and optimize performance and reliability.
- Implement and enhance continuous delivery processes for AI solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and scalability.
- Create documentation and monitoring solutions for AI models, systems, and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and their deployment.
- Conduct research on advances in AI and machine learning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Evaluate products and services for AI functionality and support AI projects in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in AI development or related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms and services.
- Knowledge of modern software deployment methodologies and familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Perforce.
- Background in system administration or software development within a team setting.
- Basic understanding of centralized configuration systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
