Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, deploy, and manage AI models and systems for integration with software, testing, and infrastructure operations.
- Train, optimize, and fine-tune AI models and algorithms using large datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Configure production AI systems for performance and reliability and troubleshoot model and deployment issues.
- Implement and enhance continuous delivery processes for AI solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation and monitoring solutions for AI systems and services.
- Research advancements in AI and machine learning and evaluate products and services for AI functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support AI projects in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in AI development or related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern software deployment methodologies, including at least two of continuous integration, continuous delivery, test-driven development, and Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with Git or Perforce, centralized configuration systems, and software development or system administration in a team setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
