Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable large language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Train models using large-scale unlabeled datasets and optimize their efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze model outputs to guide iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with data engineering, research, and cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, provide solutions across teams, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods for improving model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs.
- 15 years of full-time education.
