Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application features and user stories from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and product owners.
- Provide technical leadership, team guidance, client interaction, and coordination across onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Design and develop secure, high-performance full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, execution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support performance tuning for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of software development experience with strong Java full stack expertise.
- Proven Technical Lead experience managing client interactions, technical delivery, and team coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, Git, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Amazon Corretto 17.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering sprint-based initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across onsite and offshore teams.
- Experience with React, Lit, Node.js, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, Postman, SoapUI, Dynatrace, Grafana, and LogDNA is preferred.
- Prior airline or aviation technology experience, enterprise distributed-systems experience, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
