Base Salary
$80k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build internal software tools with engineering, construction, and operations teams to accelerate deployment of mineral-processing facilities.
- Build data integrations with engineering and construction tools such as Autodesk.
- Develop new web experiences and applications for internal teams and partners.
- Evaluate existing software in the engineering and construction ecosystem.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to implement LLM-powered experiences.
- Assist with data architecture for pipelines supporting ML model training and facility operations visibility.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred.
- Ability to work with non-software stakeholders to identify pain points, scope feature effort, and drive implementation.
- Ability to work across the stack, from deploying servers through front-end development, or demonstrated proficiency in one area with willingness to expand.
- Self-starter mindset, ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, and enthusiasm for working directly with non-software stakeholders.
