Responsibilities

  • Analyze transfer data and tune AMHS performance to meet capacity targets and reduce process variability.
  • Integrate AMHS with production equipment and higher-level control systems.
  • Design KPI monitoring systems and automate workflows to minimize manual loading.
  • Lead cross-site projects from planning through go-live to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
  • Validate software features and lead annual upgrades, retrofit projects, and new-fab installation support.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of optimization algorithms, Industrial Engineering, and information technology.
  • Experience with C#, Java, Python, SQL, Oracle, MS-SQL, and VBA.
  • Proficiency with FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving methods.
  • Fluent English is required; basic Mandarin or German communication skills are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented teamwork, leadership potential, and a hands-on approach are expected.
