Responsibilities
- Deep dive into the Linux environment, focusing on the Linux kernel, device trees, and userspace applications.
- Act as a core contributor and take ownership of tasks across the stack for product success.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
- Help scale the team in terms of features, personnel, and customer base.
Requirements
- A BS or graduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Linux development.
- Expertise in C and bash programming languages.
- Strong technical mastery of the Linux operating system.
- Proven experience bringing up at least one embedded Linux device.
- Proficiency with the Yocto Project and Linux device trees.
- Experience writing and debugging Linux kernel modules.
