Responsibilities
- Support, develop, and maintain software solutions for Technology Development and future high-volume manufacturing facilities.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing software, databases, data-analysis systems, support utilities, maintenance tools, and metric-gathering solutions.
- Resolve critical IT downtime issues through repairs or workarounds and monitor line and IT system performance.
- Collect, analyze, and present data, including efficiency improvements and root-cause analysis.
- Recommend solutions that improve production, engineering, and process efficiencies.
- Create and maintain KPIs and ITSI monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, developers, infrastructure teams, and cross-functional teams across sites.
- Create and manage training documentation for first- and second-level IT support.
- Contribute to AI systems and workflows that improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with C#, Perl, Bash, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, XML, Linux, Unix, Python, PowerShell, and HTML.
