Responsibilities
- Resolve complex and critical issues to minimize downtime for Actimize solutions.
- Proactively monitor systems and tune performance to prevent disruptions.
- Build trust with clients through commitment to excellence and reliability.
- Communicate transparently during incident resolution to strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide guidance and training to L1 and L2 support teams.
- Streamline issue escalation processes to reduce resolution times.
- Ensure Actimize solutions perform optimally to contribute to safer financial ecosystems.
- Address product defects to enable institutions to meet regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to adapt solutions to dynamic demands.
- Enhance colleagues' skills through knowledge sharing and documentation.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in L3 support, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE with strong debugging skills.
- Familiarity with application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, or WebLogic.
- Proficiency in databases such as Oracle or SQL Server, including complex queries.
- Knowledge of middleware and REST APIs for system integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Actimize solutions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with ITIL and service delivery best practices.
- Certifications in AWS, Actimize, or ITIL are advantageous.
