Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Jump’s algorithmic trading platforms.
- Create and optimize scalable, multi-tiered applications and infrastructure.
- Influence the strategic direction of Core Development and apply technology to business problems.
- Partner with engineering, networking, and trading teams across multiple regions to align technical priorities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience building platforms and solving business challenges.
- Strong programming skills in C++ or Python on large distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, including operating systems, networks, and performance optimization.
- Strategic thinking and maturity in addressing complex problems across teams, technology, and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
