Responsibilities
- Design and operate platform services for AI features across Culture Amp.
- Build scalable vector search systems for diverse unstructured data.
- Drive MLOps and LLMOps practices, focusing on observability and reliability.
- Implement guardrails and security controls for responsible AI usage.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and evaluate new AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong platform engineering fundamentals with experience in service operation.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML tooling and infrastructure.
- Deep experience with large-scale data systems, including streaming and batch processing.
- Proven experience with ML infrastructure, including model serving and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and backend architecture.
- Experience in building and optimizing retrieval systems.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
