Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
- Define testing metrics and manage test execution and defect resolution.
- Author BDD scenarios and implement test automation frameworks.
- Coach teams and provide quality engineering leadership across federated squads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application quality assurance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in automated testing, Test Management, Payments Fundamentals, Core Banking, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong BDD scenario authoring and quality engineering experience.
- Intermediate-to-strong C# skills; Java, Jess, TypeScript, or Python are acceptable alternatives.
- Experience with C# and Reqnroll for test automation.
- Strong communication, requirements analysis, and quality engineering leadership skills.
