Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA solutions, including data models, data flows, and ETL processes.
- Develop analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions to support business decision-making.
- Define development standards, best practices, and architectural consistency across the SAP Data & Analytics landscape.
- Translate business requirements into effective data solutions and contribute to the company’s data and analytics strategy.
- Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms.
- Evaluate and adopt new SAP technologies, including SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Lead development work and mentor other team members.
- Integrate SAP BW data with non-SAP applications and enterprise data platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of SAP BW development and implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, including data modeling, ETL development, and HANA-native modeling using Calculation Views.
- Extensive experience designing scalable and high-performance data solutions.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics solutions, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven ability to establish technical standards and mentor others.
- Experience integrating SAP BW data with non-SAP applications and enterprise data platforms such as Power BI and Databricks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to pass security clearance vetting before commencing employment.
