Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions utilizing Cohere’s foundation models.
- Architect scalable, secure, and customizable NLP and generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with customers to design pilots and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployment and integration of large language models into production environments.
- Lead technical engagements and establish best practices for agent-based AI systems.
- Provide customer feedback to product development for enhancements and future features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture.
- Secret Clearance in Canada is required.
- Strong hands-on skills with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and cloud-native deployment frameworks.
- Experience in designing and deploying agentified AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and deploying custom agents.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning methodologies and AI agents development.
- In-depth understanding of generative LLMs and their operational considerations.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex AI architectures.
