Responsibilities
- Assist with the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade generative AI and agentic systems, including copilots, assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
- Design planning, orchestration, reviewer, evaluator, and execution agents with human-in-the-loop controls, safety mechanisms, and monitoring.
- Build LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, vector search capabilities, knowledge bases, and LLMOps processes for evaluation, observability, testing, and cost monitoring.
- Develop React and TypeScript front ends, Python or Java back-end services, APIs, microservices, data solutions, and cloud-native event-driven architectures.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices.
- Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, feature engineering, model explainability, and robust validation to asset-management and investment use cases.
- Define reusable engineering patterns and help progress prototypes from proof of concept to enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, use-case owners, and control functions to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale distributed applications and production-grade AI or generative AI solutions.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript with strong Python or Java engineering skills and practical API, microservices, and asynchronous application experience.
- Experience with BigQuery, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architectures, Git-based development, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, and automated testing.
- Practical expertise in LLM applications, AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic or hybrid search, model evaluation, and LLMOps.
- Solid grounding in machine learning, feature engineering, model explainability, analytical modeling, and relevant Python machine learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products is highly desirable, including asset management, ETFs or mutual funds, and investment performance and risk metrics.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, make pragmatic technical decisions, balance delivery and long-term scalability, and support engineering lifecycle standards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across business, product, technology, and control functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems while applying critical judgment to data and AI outputs.
