Base Salary

$123k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and bug fixes to end users.
Act as the single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud.
Serve as the primary contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours.
Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Conduct unit testing for bug fixes.
Monitor and maintain ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
Collaborate with third parties for technical support and issue resolution.
Stay updated on Salesforce functionality, new releases, and integrations.
Work with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system-related issues.

2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin.
Experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform, including Apex and DML operations.
Experience with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Good communication skills for collaboration with a global team.
Experience in backend JavaScript is a plus.
SOX or ITGC experience preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
