Base Salary
$120k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and APIs with AI-enabled and data-driven functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ML model endpoints into production software.
- Build observability, monitoring, and logging capabilities and conduct automated testing and quality assurance for production applications.
- Support project planning by defining and sequencing tasks, estimating durations, reviewing scope and schedules, and tracking project hours.
- Participate in client and project team meetings, conduct research and stakeholder analysis, and prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients and sales teams to understand needs, develop relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and coach entry-level consultants and transfer technical knowledge to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience integrating third-party APIs or ML model endpoints into production software.
- Experience delivering user-facing applications with measurable business impact.
- Strong background in production observability, monitoring, and logging systems.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM-based APIs or services, software security practices, A/B testing, and feature flagging frameworks.
- Ability to mentor entry-level consultants, collaborate with clients and sales teams, adapt to changing demands, and drive business results.
